Building #1: The church was constructed in 1962 and features 11,400 s.f. on two levels. The sanctuary is very impressive with vaulted wood ceiling and original oak pews with a capacity of 250 persons. The church held services as recently as July 2007. The church building is all-masonry construction, has gas-fired hot water heat, and a lower level with large meeting or fellowship room, and Sunday school rooms, etc. The church had a new roof installed 6 years ago.

Building #2: is a 40’x80’ fellowship hall and was used for weddings, receptions, etc. Could be converted to residence. The building had a new roof installed in the Summer of 2007.

Building #3 was originally constructed as a recording studio, but  is now adapted to residential use. The building had a new roof installed in this Summer of 2007.

Auction Preview: Tuesday, August 21, from 4pm to 6pm, and from 4pm on auction day.

All buildings are presently zoned for not-for-profit uses, or residential use.

The properties will be offered individually and in combinations.

Terms of Sale on Real Estate:  An earnest money deposit in the amount of 10% of the selling price in cash or guaranteed funds will be required on day of sale, and the balance will be due in cash or guaranteed funds at closing on or before September 28, 2007.  The successful bidder will pay a 5% Buyer Fee in addition to the bid price on the real estate, and the Buyer Fee will be added to the bid price to arrive at the total selling price in the contract of sale. Title will be conveyed by warranty deed subject to all restrictions, reservations, easements of record, and zoning laws, but free of encumbrance except for taxes subject to assessment for 2007 and subsequent. Seller will furnish a guaranty title policy in the amount of the purchase price. Possession will be 30 days after closing. The successful bidder will enter into a contract of sale at the auction. The contract will not be contingent upon financing. A copy of the sales contract will be posted on the premises for review before the auction sale. The sale is subject to the confirmation of the Seller. The properties are being sold in an "as is" condition. No trade fixtures are included in sale other than pews. Any announcements made day of sale will take precedence over prior advertising and printed matter.
